  Lived here for 3 years, the townhouse was ok, however the apartment was the worst. Bugs and roaches. Windows in the apartment have a leak, when the wind is strong you can hear howling because of the air leak. Electricity was high during summer and during winter because of the windows. Mold in windows. They said windows will be replaced once we move out. So we just lived with it. It sucks. AC kept broking down and it was hard during summer, tho maintenance was always quick to respond. I guess you get what you pay for. The only positive thing is the location which is close to everything, and apartment was cheaper. We were not able to get our deposit back and had to pay additional.

  My a/v was covered in mold and I was breathing it for 1 yrs. I have to have sinus surgery cost me $7000.00 and the director of the company would not offer any compensation nor will she let me out of me lease! I stood love here and it’s one thing after another now the unit above the a/c os leaking down my walls and in to my light fixtures!

  I lived here for 5 years. Management was always responsive, personable, and helpful. Rent always stayed reasonable. Repairs were quick and satisfactory. Concerns were always taken seriously. We will always be grateful for our time at Deane Hill, and we made a lot of great memories. I recommend the townhouse style apartment. The layout feels like home. I'd recommend them to anyone.

  Horrible place to live. Regret moving in. Leasing office staff, Vanessa and Leslie, along with maintenance workers are dishonest and have questionable practices at the apartment. Also had plumbing/water/mold issues. Not a safe place to live.
