  The most unprofessional condo management company—period: avoiding and not returning phone calls, incompetent record keeping, obfuscation, never a single concern for a resident—only for the HOA, and a cryptic automated answering service that complicates every transaction. Really — a consistently miserable experience. I wish there were legal recourse to punish the company’s effect upon my sanity. I also wish there were the option for negative stars — it’s that bad. If you read ALL of the negative reviews (see Yelp too), I add, you’ll see the same lame response by Associa: to call the office — which would inevitably toss the reviewer into a call center.

  Here at Admiral Bend we have just recently contracted with Associa Tennessee to be our property management company. From the Knoxville office, after the initial set up by Lisa Cannon, Rachel McClain has been our go to person. Rachel is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. She is very quick to respond to our questions and problems. It has been a pleasure to work with Rachel, and I am sure it will continue to be a pleasure to work with her.

  After clarifying my needs, Rita and Joie expeditiously handed my request for removal of bowed trees and limbs that were blocking my driveway and garage. They followed through to ensure completion, and then followed up with me. Much appreciation to them both.

  I would like to commend Kristen Kozik, CMCA Community Association Manager. I had some concerns and questions. She was very prompt, courteous and professional in answering my concerns.
