Wouldn’t call the apartments luxury. There’s outdated off green colored countertops (not granite).
Old management was decent until the new property manager got hired. He added a few events here and there but he also added a community fee when you renew your lease. Constant petty letters sent out to residents by him. Overall just gives off the loud impression of someone on a power trip.
It is nice that there’s some woods in the back of the property still and the dog parks are nice. Maintenance people are nice as well.

Great complex!
Staff is very friendly. Club house very nice with a lot of things to do and enjoy. The maintenance crew is absolutely top notch. We have lived here for two years and starting on our third..
Also great work out facilities.

Complexes is usually in disarray everywhere, car break ins and a functioning chop shop is allowed to go on in the parking lot some how. Overpriced for what you get. Gates are secured but stalkers still get in somehow and front desk is apathetic to everything happening to their residents. Apartments are listed online for 400 less then what they charge their residents that have been there longer then a year.
Just pack all your stuff in a storage space and wait a week, take a vacation and come back and resign if you want the new lower rates.
They treat you nice though before you sign.

Wish the economy was better so I could get out of here.
A couple of years ago, I had maintenance men who damaged some of my bedroom furniture moving it. When I reached out and sent pictures, there was no response from the office.
Recently, when the fire alarms were being tested, some dude barged into my bedroom when I was half dressed despite me telling him to wait and he laughed about it. I reported it to the head office in person where it was not taken seriously nor were any of emails returned.
Then there is the noise. Everyday for what feels like months, there has been some guy running around with a leaf blower for hours at a time. Once he wraps up, the cars with the blaring music and peeling out of the parking lots happening all night every night. I used to see kids outside playing, but I don't anymore. It used to be pretty peaceful during the day (even if we were getting our cars broken into at night).
I've lived here for over four years and it's clear they do not choose their features for longevity. The flooring, cabinets, and lighting fixtures are all cheap and almost impossible to actually keep clean. You can see where they just slap a coat of paint over things to "fix" them. It's really hard to take pride in your home when you're paying a crap ton of rent and given features that would be better off in the dumpster.
EDIT: RE: Response
I already reported these concerns in person and through email, including the incident involving a staff member entering my bedroom after I asked him to wait. None of those concerns were meaningfully addressed, which is why it’s frustrating to now be asked to come to the office again rather than receive an actual response or follow-up. My concerns are about accountability, resident safety, and the overall decline in living conditions.
