if i could id rate it 0 stars. whatever you do do not move here. everything that could possibly be wrong with an apartment is wrong with this place. bugs, mold, water leaks, water damage, rodents, half ass renovation, poor management. cabinet door fell of the day we moved in. gaps underneath doors so thick sunlight pokes through it. caulking around sink might as well be nonexistent. finish on bathtub has been peeling since we moved in. cabinets and drawers basically held together by staples. on top of that they have the nerve to charge 2300 a month for rent plus whatever unnecessary fees they will try to stick on you. mold in vents they refuse to clean out. they’ll give you a fee if you sit trash outside your door yet there is always trash piled op next to the compactor that you can see as soon as you pull into the entrance. that’s the only dumpster in this big complex. apparently there used to be multiple scattered around but they got rid of them due to “rodents” clearly hasn’t helped. dog poop bag stations are never stocked, trash always overflowing with maggots all over it. nothing good about it all the good reviews are either bots or paid for. they respond to bad reviews with lazy probably ai generated paragraphs. the most useless management ever. there’s no fixing this place it needs to shut down. this place is a biohazard at this point and i can’t believe they are legally able to operate.

I’m unfortunately here for another 3 months but I can not wait to get out of here. Maintenance is terrible, there’s a couple of employees in the leasing office that have been okay to deal with, but more often than not you can tell they don’t care and don’t want to deal with whatever it is. I’ve had many issues with this apartment, black mold infestation when we moved in, leaky faucets in sinks and tubs, almost every single outlet was loose, and there’s tons of water damage in the master bedroom, when it’s rained really bad we’ve actually ended up with a massive puddle of water in the bedroom along the wall. All they did to fix that was replace some baseboards. Silly geese. I’ve put in maintenance requests for all of these issues, some multiple times, and not one has actually been taken care of. For the black mold, they put 4 HEPA filters in the apartment for over a week and called it a done job. Didn’t change the vent covers, didn’t actually clean the vents of the black mold, it’s all still there. They “replaced” the outlets and now instead of just falling out of the outlet, it actually pushes everything out that we plug into it, and they haven’t fixed the leak in the faucets, oh or the toilet ! I’ve put in probably 3 maintenance requests for that. I could go on and on and on about how much I’ve disliked living here. In the bathroom drawers, they’ve literally painted over beard trimmings and hair that was in them. This is the second apartment I’ve lived in and this place has made it so I never want to do apartment living again. The dumpster is one of the worst parts IMO. There’s only one for the entire complex and it’s constantly overfilled and spilling over with trash. The only nice part of living here has been the pool lol. Rent here at your own risk ! Paying $2,300 a month for a 3 bed and constant issues. At this point it’s caused some real emotional damage 😂

I've watched Addison go down hill over the past year since new management took over. Property is unkept, trash everywhere, the compactor always has piles of trash and furniture outside the compactor. Breezeways are very dirty. Sad to watch it go down hill, used to love this property!

This is the absolute worst town house/ apartment I have ever lived in, you pay almost 2k a month in rent, and when something breaks they don’t care, the outside is always filthy at the dumpster, my ceiling has been falling down in a bed room, I reported a month ago. And nothing. Insulation and dry wall is falling into the floor. All I’m told is “ there are people ahead of you” so this week I am going to the safety board down town and having this resolved. Save your time and money, do not recommend. The ceiling is way worse than the picture. They refuse to fix it.
