Today we began our house-hunt for manufactured and modular homes. We visited Luv Homes in Kingsport at the recommendation of our realtor, as we simultaneously search for land. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Maggie Demory as we begin this new exploration. Maggie encompasses the perfect sales agent. She has a beautiful & welcome smile; has a pleasant disposition; she also has most sincere desire to help her clients navigate (and become educated) with this process. Her patience and knowledge are invaluable. We have just begun our search, but without any doubt, if we do in fact purchase a manufactured or modular home, Maggie is the only sales person we will close with! She has certainly set the bar high! “THANK YOU MAGGIE”!
