  **Very disappointed with the communication and customer service.We are trying to purchase a home through this company and have been waiting to find out whether we were approved for the home loan. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to get anyone to answer our calls or provide us with an update. We completely understand that these things can take time, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating and stressful, especially when we are trying to make such an important decision about our future. All we are asking for is some communication and a simple update on whether we were approved or not

  My husband and I have been looking for a house for a while. Maggie is the best! From the moment we met her we knew she really cared about getting us the house of our dreams. She took her time with us and went over the options and floor plans and all the things. She is absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend her. She makes the whole process very easy. Always so nice and helpful. Go see Maggie and get the home of your dreams. You will be glad you did! Looking forward to this process and getting the keys to our dream home with Maggie every step of the way! She answers and all questions and truly cares about us a customer!

  To an older person, the thought of uprooting and moving can be very unsettling. But, Nathan greeted my wife and I with such a graceful ease, adding no pressure, letting us browse and look through the houses on our own, simply made experience extremely pleasant. If you’re anywhere close to thinking about buying a new home, see Nathan ..you’ll thank me later.
