- MGMichelle GriffinOct 14, 20265.0We relocated to Tennessee from Connecticut and found Clayton Homes to be a perfect fit for our needs. We met with Heath in the Kingsport facility. Heath is exceptional and very thorough with great communication. Heath took the time to go over every detail and step in this process and kept us up to date on any news or changes. Our house has officially gone into production and we are excited for our next steps.
- SCSteffanJudy CressMay 20, 20265.0Steffan and I bought our Eagle 48 from Clayton Homes in Kingsport, where do I begin? We visited other places nothing compares to the service you will receive at this location. Heath was our sales agent and he was so wonderful to work with, great personality, excellent communications skills and a man of his word! From Heath to Keith and Kevin the awesome manager there! He runs a fabulous office and ever so greatful for that. Gina is an absolute Gem and oh so kind and precious she takes care of so much and beyond! Mike and James along with John are so accommodating to get anything fixed or explained. You can never go wrong purchasing your home through this office. We are most blessed to have our home and these kind folks that helped us get our dream . Thank you...God bless y'all!
- KHKen HardySep 24, 20255.0I have been dealing with Ken Lane. This guy is great. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Ken follows up on everything! My wife and I are buying a home from him and honestly I’ve never had better customer service. We highly recommend him.
- JMJody M.Jul 17, 20243.0There were probably 40 homes here. Doors were mostly locked. We got in and could look at only three. No one came out while we were there. We were disappointed and decided to just leave.
