  Very poor communication from property management. I received clear written instructions from them to pick up the keys at their leasing office in Kingsport. We were moving from 90 minutes away and drove to their office which was an extra 30 mins out of the way. There was a sign on the front door saying they were gone to lunch from 2:30-3:00pm so we wait another 30 minutes only to be told- sorry no one told you but the keys are in the lockbox on the front door and they gave us a code. We were told when we were shown the home that it would be fully painted prior to move in. That wasn’t done. I brought this to their attention immediately and it has taken them over three weeks to just now text me that they would be out to the home tomorrow to paint- less than 24 hours notice. The paint should have been addressed prior to move in. It should have been addressed when I brought it to their attention on day one before we moved furniture in but now here we are almost a month later being highly inconvenienced. The communication is really lacking here.

  They are responsive, prompt, and dependable. Rental/moving process was quick and smooth. Maintenance has been excellent by addressing concerns promptly and thoroughly.
