Great company to work with. Nathan Elliott was extremely helpful and professional. Our home is beautiful and extremely energy efficient. They made our house buying experience easy. We already had our land and they handled everything else including the home sale, septic, porches, and foundation. All we have to do is move in. Highly recommend Clayton of Johnson City and Nathan Elliott.

If you need a home, go here! Don't worry about going to any of the other places. Josh has been a tremendous help to me. He made the home affordable for me and went above and beyond for me. Even doing and helping with things he didn't have to do. I would give him and his crew 100 stars if I could. Go see Josh and Clayton Homes of Johnson City.

Aaron was so amazing and personable! He took time to show us multiple homes and explain things so we were able to easily understand. Thank you so much Aaron for making this an enjoyable experience

I shopped around at multiple Clayton homes within the area and decided to go with this one. My father before me also did and had nothing but great things to say about Josh. We couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything has been thus far. Josh was so upfront and honest about every single step and detail. We knew exactly what to expect and he gave multiple updates along the way. Honest people are very hard to come by nowadays, so we were thrilled to find him. The house is perfect and better than we could’ve imagined. Highly recommend Josh Daniels.
