I recently visited Clayton Homes of Jackson Tn. and was impressed by the friendly and approachable staff. They took the time to explain different home options, answer all my questions, and guided me through the selection process without any pressure. The purpose of getting a new home was I lost my home to a fire that took everything I had even my vehicle. I met the most fantastic person Doug Sams he made me feel welcome and answers all my calls or emails never had to wait. When my home arrived Doug was there for my open house to explain all in detail and handed my keys that was the best day of my life getting a new home. I have really enjoyed it. I also met Kurt Aeschlimann he was very helpful with the additions I wanted to add to my home. I had a great experience with this company. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a home to go and check out Clayton's Home in Jackson Tn.

Clanton has beautiful homes but unprofessional staff. My Husband and I where told so many different things on the same topic. We where told we could get a house out to us by October and that was do able but a week later we where told we wouldn't get the house till 3 to 6 months later. They withheld information from us until we wanted the home. The staff and the manager would not listen to us when we asked for certain requests . The Manager Kurt was not very kind and interrupted us overtime we tried to speak. Clay and Kurt talked to us like they where upset we went with another company. Kurt and Clay where very unprofessional talking down about the other company we went to about the homes not being as high quality. This is just sad and upsetting to see these are the people we are having to trust to sell us a home. If anyone is having an issue with Claytons. I would recommend Tennessee Home Center. Better pricings and very kind staff.
