  My in-laws gave a down payment for a property and now they wont answer the phone or return messages! This is highly unfortunate for them because my parents where going to have them build a vacation home but do to there lack of communication with my in-laws they chose a different path! This is supposed to be a very exciting time and this company is clearly incompetent.

  Stopped by to check out the homes, went in a total of 2 looked around. Not one salesperson bothered to ask if I needed help so why would I want to buy anything from Clayton when they won't even bother to come out of their A/C offices

  We just bought a beautiful home from Clayton Homes in Jacksboro 🥳 I can honestly say that they definitely have the most amazing staff that work so hard To make sure the customer Is happy and gets what they want not what the sales person wants you to have. Our sales Was Brenda and I know she had a team working behind her that was simply an amazing process. We Were a nervous wreck going into it, but Miss Brenda made sure that we were kept up-to-date on everything that was going on And anything we did not understand she would take time To explain everything thoroughly. We went through Vanderbilt for our Financing, and I would recommend if you go to Clayton, you may want to consider doing the same. The Home we bought is called the spirit and I think That name represents every bit of How well Clayton Homes, Miss Brenda, the staff, from the first day we looked at the home To the day that we closed with the title company! There was definitely spirit! We cannot think Clayton Homes enough! We are currently waiting for The construction guys to come out and do a little leveling work and get our place ready for the home to be moved in on. We are so super excited and as soon as we get the home On our property and set up, I will attach photos. If you are reading this and think that you do not have a chance, Call Clayton Homes In Jacksboro first. They will be upfront with you and treat you Like you are someone. Our grown children are planning on purchasing their first homes from Clayton Since we have. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯✨✨✨✨
