  Jake was great! We ended up not getting a Clayton home due to things that were out of his control, but he was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful.

  The more money you spend the better off you are. My husband and I moved in back in March 2026 and we had to fight with them and the contractor to get our septic covered for two months. The first month they claimed it needed 30 days to sit before covering (which is highly dangerous) after the first 30 days we had to fight another month to get the contractor out there. My neighbor just moved in a little under a month and have already had their septic covered as well as their final grade another thing we have been waiting to get done. The day they had it done my husband called on Wednesday September 16, 2016 and Stewart contacted the contractor and said he would be out by end of week and told my husband he would call to update my him on both Thursday and Friday. Not only did Stewart fail to call, text or email my husband the contractor failed to show up as well. It is apparent that the more money you spend the better you are treated. I will never recommend Clayton homes to anyone ever again. Here we go it's the first and nothing done once more yea right.

  From my first call to Clayton, Jake has been great. He listens, ask questions, determines your needs and then starts to work on finding just the right fit. I’d recommend him to anyone interested in this market. He deserves a 5+ star rating!

  Jake Riley is fantastic at his job. He is very prompt; extremely knowledgeable and best of all his personality is perfect for what he does. You have a keeper with him. Has all the traits and tendencies to make a wonderful salesman for many years to come. Give him what he needs and he will make you proud for years to come.
