  Ventana on the lake is a very special community to live in! I have been here for 10 years and it’s my home. It’s located in Sumner County so it’s in a fantastic school district. The serenity of the lake and the view from the dock are worth their weight in gold. The staff Ron and Diane are EXCELLENT at what they do and it’s a blessing to have them as the property managers. They truly do make it a great place to live. I would recommend Ventana to anyone!

  Dianne is amazing! So glad to have her. She helped resolve an issue I’d been having and got my family transferred into a new unit almost immediately. She even reached out to check on residents while we didn’t have power during the previous ice storm.

  Ventana at the lake is one of a kind. Yes it’s an older property. But the location is perfect! It is always so quiet here and to be surrounded by nature all around you. The lake is an added bonus with the fishing dock. Michelle and Kimberly in the office are very professional and do their best to stay on top things. Maintenance always work very hard and are always polite when you see them. I have renewed my lease for another year. We love the atmosphere this place brings. There have been some projects going on lately that I am excited to see the final outcome with. If you are looking for an affordable, calm atmosphere, where you can feel safe right at home. This is where you need to live. Give the office ladies a call and see what they have to offer. It’s truly Blissful living here.

  The application process has been pretty easy and fast. I was so happy when Michelle contacted us and let us know that we were approved. Michelle has been great about letting us know what steps we me just do next and keeping us informed. We look forward to signing the lease and moving in shortly. This is a new start for my family, so that my daughter can you get a better education and grow up in a better environment. I will leave an update once we finish moving in 😊 We have been here for over 2 yrs now and absolutely love the apartment and living here. The scenery is beautiful, apartment is comfortable with plenty of room, extra large living room, love the balcony, pet friendly, quiet, and my daughter loves the pool. Maintenance request generally run smoothly. You can always reach out to the office personnel if you have any issues or questions. They have a convenient app to pay your rent, contact maintenance, and message the office when needed. Marcus and his team were amazing, hoping the new team is just as good.

  I lived here for two years. For the first year, it was great, I had a cute, quiet little apartment. Maintenance was quick to respond, and even though my apartment FLOODED, they were happy to install a nice drain outside (for all the good it did after the landscaping crews mulched over it). Then the place got sold, and remodel began. OH DEAR LORD. They put a GIANT WINDOW in my cute, quiet little living room. WHILE I STILL LIVED THERE. For the last 6 months I lived there, I had men working in my now-in-shambles living room during the day. Hey, by the way, I work at night. Also, I was right underneath the office. The ladies in the office are great, Mrs. Breedlove was wonderful at addressing my many concerns, including not wearing heels on the wood flooring above my bedroom. I'm so thankful for that. Then there was the time the water heater in the office broke, and began to leak... into my hallway. I immediately ran upstairs and notified a man in the office (I had never seen him before). The next day, the ceiling had fallen in, and I ran back upstairs. Action was taken the second time around. I moved after being given notice of a $120 monthly rent increase. For the newly remodeled apartments, I'd say go for it. I loved the location.
