  I recently purchased a home in the Millstone community by Pulte, and the entire experience has been great. The neighborhood is beautiful, the location is excellent, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The Pulte team has been professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. Excited to be part of this community and looking forward to many great years here! I’d definitely recommend Millstone to anyone looking for a new home in Hendersonville.

  Our experience with Pulte has been defined by significant scheduling misalignments and a lack of accountability regarding the delivery of our home. We signed in late August 2025 with an estimated February/March 2026 delivery, but the timeline suffered an immediate, avoidable setback when Pulte waited two months just to submit our permits. Working in the construction industry myself, I understand that unforeseen conditions—such as the rock encountered during our basement excavation and the January snow and ice storms in Nashville—are part of the business. However, these natural delays were compounded by Pulte's internal administrative hurdles and a consistent failure to hit subsequent benchmarks. Despite our proactive communication and professional understanding of the build process, Pulte has shown no urgency in recovering the schedule or compensating for their early administrative delays. We are now looking at a late June 2026 move-in. For those considering a build, I strongly recommend padding your expectations by several months, as Pulte’s initial schedule commitments proved to be consistently unreliable.

  We had a truly smooth and seamless journey building our new home with Pulte, even while relocating from out of state—which speaks volumes about how incredible this team is. Everyone was professional, responsive, and made the entire build feel effortless from start to finish. A special shoutout to Andi and Gunner for their outstanding work and dedication throughout the process. We’re very grateful to the entire Pulte team for making this such a positive and rewarding experience.
