We signed in late August 2025 with an estimated February/March 2026 delivery, but the timeline suffered an immediate, avoidable setback when Pulte waited two months just to submit our permits. Working in the construction industry myself, I understand that unforeseen conditions—such as the rock encountered during our basement excavation and the January snow and ice storms in Nashville—are part of the business. However, these natural delays were compounded by Pulte's internal administrative hurdles and a consistent failure to hit subsequent benchmarks. Despite our proactive communication and professional understanding of the build process, Pulte has shown no urgency in recovering the schedule or compensating for their early administrative delays. We are now looking at a late June 2026 move-in. For those considering a build, I strongly recommend padding your expectations by several months, as Pulte’s initial schedule commitments proved to be consistently unreliable.
