  We had a great experience with our new home thanks to Ben Harrison! He helped us through our journey. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable on all of our questions about the homes. Ask for Ben if you decide to go with Clayton Homes!

  All in all my experience at Clayton homes was good and well worth it. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because it took longer than expected and ended up requiring an extension. To be fair, the long timeline can all be traced to one singular occurrence — septic system was installed/wired too late in process. This held up the electric inspection which delayed everything else. Other than that hiccup, my experience was great and Clayton Homes of Harriman was truly a great place to do business with. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. Our sales person, Ben Harrison, was great to deal with. He was very patient, thorough, and honest. When problems arose, Ben was always sure to make it right and handle it to make sure we were satisfied. I recommend using Clayton homes of Harriman and ask for Ben!!

  Michael was outstanding and very knowledgeable. We are just getting into the process and there was no pressure as we looked around. He sat us down and answered all of our questions and gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision. We will definitely be working with him going forward.

  so happy with our new home!! can't wait to raise our kids here and make many memories. so thankful for Michael and how easy he made the whole process. we couldn't have done it without him!!
