  As a first-time homebuyer, I can honestly say the team at Ryan Homes made this experience far better than I ever expected. Blake was fantastic from day one. He never made us feel pressured and always took the time to answer every question we had. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision. Johnny did an incredible job managing the build. He kept us updated throughout the entire process, was quick to address any concerns, and took obvious pride in the work being done. It’s clear that quality and customer satisfaction matter to him, and that gave us a lot of confidence during the construction phase. As we approached the finish line, Jack stepped in and made sure everything came together seamlessly. He took the time to walk through the final details with us, made sure loose ends were tied up, and helped turn what could have been a stressful final stretch into an exciting one. Buying and building a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and trusting people with that process isn’t something I take lightly. Blake, Johnny, and Jack earned that trust. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to doing things the right way made all the difference. Thank you for helping us build our first home. My wife and I are incredibly grateful.

  From the very beginning of our home-building journey to the final walkthrough, the team at Ryan Homes exceeded our expectations. Blake made the sales process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer our questions, making us feel confident every step of the way. Johnny, our project manager, did an outstanding job keeping us informed throughout the build. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality gave us peace of mind during such an exciting and important process. As we wrapped everything up, Jack ensured the finishing touches were handled and that all of our final questions and concerns were addressed.   Johnny, the project manager for phase 2, which included our home, did a phenomenal job. He's on top of things and always follows through with requests and promises. He emailed me a detailed reply to my independent inspector's first report and follow-up emails of actions that were taken. For the final inspection report, he printed it out and notated all the actions he took. It's my inspector's job to find every little thing that might be wrong, and Johnny was already aware of and planned to take care of most of it even before the independent inspector's report was finished. The final inspection that Ryan Homes completed matched my independent inspector's report on most things. In the end, everything was handled and completed on time without issues. Thanks, Johnny, for all you did!
