- TYTatiana YatesAug 26, 20225.02 bedroom 2 bath is very spacious. Kitchen overlooks living area. Rooms are separate for privacy. Carpeted, even the stairs. Hardwood laminate in kitchen and bath. Huge bay windows in living and dining. Nice appliances stove, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Lots of cabinets. Dining area big enough for a 6 person table. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. Additional closet for linen in hallway between front bedroom and bath. Maintenence staff responds promptly. Same day in most cases. Quiet close knit community, yet private. Everyone recognizes everyone because most tenants walk the perimeter of the complex, yet you have your privacy too. No loud music or disturbing noises. We used to be in 1 bedroom on vineyard way, now on Eldor Rd, so we've been on both sides of the complex.
