- RCRhonda CarterApr 4, 20255.0Nice place. Wish it was a bit more secure. My car was vandalized and your office wasn't aware the next day until l told them. The police came and still the office didn't know.
- KJKatie JarvisJun 6, 20231.0Absolutely awful management! Our apartment was not ready until 8 days after our lease started. Have not even moved in yet and I would never live here again or recommend to anyone. Drove from out of state to move in and was told that our apartment would not be ready for another day.
- MFMargaret FlakeMay 26, 20235.0The Retreat of Germantown apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and family friendly. Not to mention the entire complex Truly grateful and happy to be living here! The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and have always taken care of any issues I may have and always in a polite and nice manner. I have been happily living here for almost three years and proud to call home.

There is one girl so called manager her name is Sarah she is living in her dream world like she is princess and walk like abnormal person.when she is walking you will look at her she will fell down for sure. Front desk Jessica she is nice and kind. As they hand over apartment, once got in , it was uncleaned , with broken accessories.same day i wanted them to repair but they couldn’t they gave me option i can leave and will refund but they didn't gave me back my all refund. It was not our fault. It was in convenience situation with 2 young kids. Moving from north east coast was not easy .
