- AMAmanda MossJun 18, 20262.0Overall, I’m pretty disappointed in my experience here. I moved here without having the opportunity to walk through my unit and based my decisions off the website and reviews. What I have found since moving here is not anywhere close to what I have experienced. The apartments are in need of modernization, with appliances in need of updates, unevenly laid laminate flooring that is lifting in spots, not to mention the constant smell of weed that is literally seeping through the walls. Add to that there is no control over parking, which appears to be a free for all. I pay close to $2300/month, and just don’t feel the overall luxury experience that they claim to have. I’ve expressed my concerns, but feel that at this price point, I can go to literally any of the other luxury complexes in the area and have a better resident experience.
