Throughout the process, we were constantly kept updated by the Project Manager Nick Koldeway and his assistant Raeshawn. The meticulous coordination during the build process is truly a ballet of construction and produces an extremely well-built and quality home. There was not even so much as a weather-related delay in construction. Nick sent weekly construction updates with pictures and made himself available for supervised walk-throughs. We drove by multiple times during the build and each time we were amazed with the progress. The crews are meticulous with the fit and finish of the interior as well as the overall clean-up. Upon move-in, Ryan Homes provided an orientation tour to explain all of the components and provided a notebook of all of the product information. I cannot say enough great things about Ryan Homes, their personnel, and their construction process. I highly recommend them to others who are seeking a quality home in a very nicely planned neighborhood.
