  Nearly scared off by bad reviews but we’ve had a great experience. Maintenance team is kind and timely. The apartment has been great and no issues with parking. Only bummer is trash is a bit of an issue over the weekend. Truly love living here.

  Joshua on the maintenance team is amazing! He completed all of our work orders in 1 day! He works hard and is very nice. He would be the perfect maintenance manager, due to his extensive knowledge and experience teaching and training others about handyman work, maintenance , etc. We found out recently that Waterton is purchasing the complex from Berkshire and we think he would be an amazing maintenance manager for Waterton

  They run giveaways for the residents for cheap gifts, that we have never seen given out, if you leave 5 star reviews. Only reason they have any good ones. Horribly mismanaged, basically unmanaged besides the moving telling you when to move in, out, and taking your money. Only person who ever responds is their ai agent.

  Lived here for over 2 years & would not recommend, fitness center is rarely open & havent seen the pool once, office is slow to do anything & had my apartment flooded 4 times due to a burst pipe they somehow cant fix. quiet neighborhood but would stay far away

  I lived in this place 4 years it was the nastiest filthiest most disgusting place I ever lived. The old property manager used say “ I am so proud to give some people a Franklin zip code.” What a joke there are much nicer apartments in Antioch and safer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The office is nasty I walked in to have a calm reasonable conversation and was threatened to have the police called and it was just a question about my lease. Dog poop is full on the grounds , the maintenance team literally stalked me like they were waiting on me to break a rule even up to the time I moved out. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with headache, I do not have a vendetta against anyone with this review I am just stating the facts. The pool is always closed. The fitness center machines always broke. 20 years ago this was a great place to live but the property management here does even know what managing a property is. They do not smile or even know how to have a personal-able conversation. It’s like they hate you and their jobs and get argumentative to avoid doing what they are paid to do. The old property manager CiAnna took out a vendetta on me and then she passed it to the new black lady that took her place as C still sat in the office beside her.
