  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. About a month ago, my husband and I visited this apartment complex to look at an apartment. The staff member took my husband’s ID, collected our information, and gave us a key so we could view the apartment. After we returned, we left the office. Later that same day, she called me and told me that we had forgotten my husband’s ID at the office. We told her we would come back the next day to pick it up, but when we arrived the office was closed. About a month later, I called the office and asked about the ID. I was told that the employee who had been there was no longer working there. I later realized that the employee I was speaking with on the phone was actually the same woman who had taken my husband’s ID and had called me about it. When I reminded her that she personally had the ID and had called me, she denied having it and said she had never had it. She then ended the call while I was still speaking. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am very concerned because this is a government-issued ID, and it was in the possession of their office. I will be reporting the missing ID to the police and documenting that the ID was last in the possession of the apartment office. I would not recommend dealing with this office based on my experience.

  The Madison is such a great place to live. Lori and A.D. are so very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me in ever way I needed.

  I had lost my job in December and fear. I was gonna get evicted from my apartment cause I have been struggling my tail off and Lori. The general manager has worked with me no Apartment ever does that crap no Apartment and since I’m gonna renew my lease she is given me a Cleaning Lady to come in and clean my place for me not only are they there to back you up through bad times but they’re there for you as well and good times They do cookouts they do pizza. They had pizza there at the office from Xfinity. It’s a quiet place. There is no craziness please if you want to move in tell him Laura Hendricks sent you. It’s the best place.

  Great community! Any issues I have ever had were resolved very quickly. If you read any bad rating it is probably from the old staff. Lorie and the new staff are great. I just this morning sat and talked with the new office staff and it was a great experience. They are very happy to help with any issues and are very personable and easy to talk to. I have been here almost a year and the new staff are improving things around the community all the time. It's nice to have people that want to make things better.

  I recently had the opportunity to visit my sister at The Madison at Franklin, and I was truly impressed by what I experienced. The facility is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. It is evident that great care has been taken to create a comfortable place that residents can proudly call home. What stood out most to me was the kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth of the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their compassion and dedication were evident in the way they interacted with residents and visitors alike. I am so thankful that my sister and her children have such a wonderful place to live. It brings great peace of mind knowing they are surrounded by a caring community with people who truly seem committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those who call The Madison at Franklin home. Thank you to the entire team for all you do!
