  Honestly it was just alright. I really just like all the yardage we get. Me and my boyfriend love the greenery and the open space. We have decided to stay and renew since the new office staff took over. We get so much communication now, I like to know whats going on.

  Lived there for almost 3 years thankfully we were finally able to move. There was mold growing in the vents and in the window seal in the bedroom along with the closet. Now there is already someone living in there. Our washer was broke for months and waited forever for a new one. Went through many different people in the office after a year and a half of living there. Don’t recommend, it’d cheap for franklin but high for its quality.

  This place is amazing! My son is moving back to TN, and we were so impressed with the staff. They were super helpful and informative, and the location is convenient to everything. I met one of the maintenance guys, he was so kind and helped my elderly mother out of the car. Lease signed!

  I recently had the opportunity to visit my sister at The Madison at Franklin, and I was truly impressed by what I experienced. The facility is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. It is evident that great care has been taken to create a comfortable place that residents can proudly call home. What stood out most to me was the kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth of the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their compassion and dedication were evident in the way they interacted with residents and visitors alike. I am so thankful that my sister and her children have such a wonderful place to live. It brings great peace of mind knowing they are surrounded by a caring community with people who truly seem committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those who call The Madison at Franklin home. Thank you to the entire team for all you do!

  I'm giving this place 2 stars because wow. Let me preface with, I do not currently live here. However, I grew up here, worked here in the past, and know several people who are current residents. This current management crew is NOT it. They really spent the time to send this email to their residents today, but don't ever seem to have the time to actually fix the issues residents bring to their attention. They bully residents, then play the victim. They have capability to fix the issues, they just get a bigger bonus if they stay under budget, so they don't. Who waits until memorial day to resurface the pool? Didn't they have all winter/fall? Who moves people into units that aren't ready, then belittles them when they bring it to their attention? Why'd they fire the only maintenance man to give a crap in a hot minute? This crew completely lacks empathy and professionalism. Never, in my career, have I seen an email sent out like this. Asking for prayers from your residents is pretty risky considering the fair housing act. You should never bring religion into managing an apartment community. People over profit, always. They have it all wrong. This move was incredibly childish, which goes along with how they choose to act on a daily basis. These residents deserve so much better. Especially with how much they are spending. If the job is too difficult, I recommend looking for a career in another field. Because all properties have issues and as the office staff, it's your responsibility to handle each and every issue that's brought to your attention in a professional manner. Interrupting people as they're explaining themselves does not count. Talking crap about residents to other residents does not count. The job is hard, get used to it. Randy handled everything with tact and respect for several years.
