  I highly recommend Paxton Cool Springs—hands down the most wonderful apartment complex in the area! The community is fantastic, but the customer service truly sets it apart. Whitney went far above and beyond to make sure the entire process is seamless and that everyone is completely comfortable and welcome. If you are looking for a place to live, ask for Whitney!

  So beyond thankful to have lived here for 3 years!!! We have had great memories made here and have met some amazing people. Management has always been great and the maintenance team… Paul and others have always gone above and beyond. It is hard to find maintenance teams that you can truly rely on and they are just the best! Super thankful!

  I lived at the Paxton for a year and loved it!!! The management is helpful and keeps the property well maintained. It was a beautiful place to live.

  4.5 stars I have lived at Paxton Cool Springs since February of 2024, and overall, it has been a wonderful place to live! The management team, even with some turnover during the past couple years, has consistently been friendly, helpful, and engaged. The maintenance team is kind, dedicated, timely, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are safe and comfortable. (Shout-out to Paul who recently came to fix my AC at 10:00 PM!!). My dog’s favorite thing in the world is visiting her friends on the management and maintenance teams :). I haven’t had any significant issues with loud neighbors, pests, or the overall cleanliness of common areas. The only downsides are that there are a number residents who don’t clean up their dog’s poop and who smoke weed in the apartments despite repeated reminders (not maintenance or management's fault). The gravel-to-turf ratio in the dog park doesn’t allow enough space for dogs to really run around (without stepping on the sharp gravel). There also have been some recent challenges with the breaker system leading to loud alarms going off late at night. Lastly, there is a persistent bad smell in a couple of the hallways. At the end of the day, the positives outweigh the negatives and I would recommend Paxton to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming place to live!
