  I've been thankful to call Paxton Cool Springs home for two years now, and I can honestly say I've never lived in a community that's better taken care of. The staff is beyond friendly, diligent and accommodating, and living here feels like having your own private country club or resort. Everything is handled with care and attention to detail, and the team goes above and beyond with events and activities for residents. When I say events, I mean not the lame ones either. Bingo with gift cards, beer, potlucks, catering, pool parties, prizes, slushies, corn hole, Thursday night football, and more! Not joking. The landscaping and grounds are always clean and well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I work hard to keep living here, even in this economy, because of the quality of the community and how safe I feel. Having a safety officer on staff is a wonderful touch. I highly recommend Paxton Cool Springs to anyone looking for a place to call home!

  I sent an email with a concerning issue today, Sunday and did not expect a response until Monday. Hannah answered me back within an hour addressing my concerns and assured me that Paxton was taking proper precautions. Thank you Hannah! You're the best!

  I highly recommend Paxton Cool Springs—hands down the most wonderful apartment complex in the area! The community is fantastic, but the customer service truly sets it apart. Whitney went far above and beyond to make sure the entire process is seamless and that everyone is completely comfortable and welcome. If you are looking for a place to live, ask for Whitney!

  So beyond thankful to have lived here for 3 years!!! We have had great memories made here and have met some amazing people. Management has always been great and the maintenance team… Paul and others have always gone above and beyond. It is hard to find maintenance teams that you can truly rely on and they are just the best! Super thankful!
