    Roaches & walls/floors so so crazy thin! For the past 3 months, I keep seeing cockroaches! They're even in the main leasing office area sometimes. Also, I can hear my upstairs neighbor's so intensely, it is like they're living with me. The area is super nice. Wish I had picked a different apartment.

    Hello, I have lived here for some time and I love the location! The amenities are wonderful and the Maintenance team are 5 stars. The reason for the two stars is the Management is terrible at communication, and it is very frustrating at times. Hopefully, this will get better.

    Management at Paxton is the best! Not only do they keep the complex clean and well maintain. They also know how to have fun with monthly activities and donuts!

    Move in process was the smoothest of any apartment I’ve ever moved to, the staff are all super helpful and the apartment itself/location is great. Highly recommend to anyone in the area
