  Chris and Kelly work together as an unbeatable team. We moved away before selling our home and they came in and treated it as if they were selling their own home. They took responsibility, with our approval, for several troublesome issues during the process, while aggressively seeking a suitable buyer for our property. They steered us through a challenging market to a very good deal while being sensitive to our personal needs. We appreciate their commitment and professionalism.

  Chris and Kelly are amazing to work with. They go above and beyond. They came in talking very realistically about price and shared the comps they used to make that determination. They pay for a stager who specializes in selling your home to come in and give you advice on what to remove or add (from your current possessions) to ensure that the property sells quickly and photographs well. They send out copious amounts of very classy mailers. They hire professional photographers who spent at least a couple of hours in the house with cameras and drones taking pictures. They also used someone else who came in and did a 3-D scan of the house to use for marketing. They are involved every step of the way. They were great at negotiating with the buyer's realtor to ensure we got a fair shake on price, inspector's report, and any and all other closing topics. They are very accessible and stepped in to help when needed for home showings and for inspector appts. Would absolutely use them again and again!! AND DID I MENTION THEY SOLD our house on the FIFTH DAY it was on the market in an area where the last house sold had been months before and the average sale time was 60 days.

  Chris Phillips has been such a blessing to us as we navigated selling our house and purchasung a new one. He met with us and discussed the various things that we would need to do, in order to sell our house. Things like cleaning up and landscaping our front yard, fixing some doorways and flooring. This all seemed daunting, but Chris recommended a few different companies he works with to help us and they came out and got everything taken care of quickly and at a great price. Chris then started meeting with us at the new house and walked the property with us a few times and made sure we were happy before putting an offer down. He took care of all the negotiations, and advocated for us when we were unavailable. Resulting in selling our original home for a high price and helping negotiate a better deal for our new home. We will forever be grateful to Chris and Kelly for their eagerness, and always keeping our best interest at the forefront of the deal. We would recommend Chris Phillips to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their house as he is the best agent we've ever seen and will recommend him to everyone!
