  Love this property! Updated and you can't beat the location. They didn't offer any rental incentives or discounts ... like preferred employer, or military. The covered parking is perfect.

  I lived here for a year and simply love this community! It is luxurious and people here are very friendly. I'm impressed by the maintenance staff response time, its almost immediate. Ryan and Stephanie arrange events every month for the residence which truly makes it a great place to live! It feels like home away from home.

  The good: The apartments are exactly what you see in photos and advertised. They are really nice, fairly newly built and clean. The maintanence staff is amazing, always took care of requests extremely fast (usually within 24 hours). While hallways noise easily leaks in, we never heard a sound from either apartment adjacent to us (though thats not true about neighbors above us). It is close to everything, and you can walk to whole foods using the trails in the back. If you are a fan of community events and random, not always practical (i.e. putt putt golf🤷🏼‍♀️) but fun amenities, this is the place for you. The pool is well kept, and the clubhouse is really nice for having guests hang out. The apartment community feels kindof like a resort! If you can afford these apartments they truly are luxurious. The bad: Noisy upstairs neighbors who always smell like weed and throw 3am parties kept us up all hours of the night, management didn’t do anything about it. If you are looking to use the apartment gym, it is very small, often times with one resident somehow reserving all the equipment for himself, and sweaty residents not cleaning up after themselves. The dog park was in disrepair more than half of our 1.5 year long lease, and the dog wash station water was turned off all of winter and most of spring time. The pool is always crowded and it is hard to find a place to sit. Some of the best parking spaces are now only for tenants who pay extra money for them, which was kindof a bummer since nobody ever parked in them anymore so they were just good spots gone to waste while parking became harder for anyone not willing to shell out money just to park in a regular spot. There were alot of move out “fees” that were not listed on our “what fees to expect at move out” packet we were given. The verdict: The main reason we moved out is because of the rising (already high) prices, for a very small sized apartment, when we could go elsewhere and get nearly twice as much space for $200 less (living only 15 minutes away in spring hill). We didnt want to pay a premium for amenities we didnt care to use, and a small but luxurious aprtment.

  We’ve been living here for 11 months already and we are really enjoying. It has nice amenities, club house is open from 8 am to 10 pm, staff is kind and helpful, they host events for residents 3 times a month, neighbors are friendly. We are considering to stay here and renewing our lease for one more year.

  I went to artess apartments to vist a friend that live there and bridgeways and stairs look so dirty and nasty is very sad!
