The last 2 weeks was horrible we finally canceled everything and going a different route. And let me tell you they have big attitude in Elizabethton. I have hated the last 2 weeks. They would not work with us at all. And charging an arm and leg. All most double if not triple what we was looking at. NOPE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE. We even asked if they could cut corners to help us save money and the answer was no or you can do it yourself. Absolutely horrible service
