  I'd strongly advise anyone considering Spring Creek Gardens to explore other living options. My personal experience involves severe and persistent pest infestations coupled with mold issues that have rendered my apartment essentially uninhabitable; despite reporting these significant health hazards to the management, I've found that they have not provided any lasting or effective solutions. What is particularly concerning is their response when tenants are faced with these unacceptable living conditions: when you attempt to move out because the environment poses a risk to your health, they seem more inclined to trap you with outrageous and disproportionate move-out fees rather than addressing the core problems. It appears they prioritize charging tenants for vacating a moldy, bug-infested unit over investing in proper maintenance to ensure a livable and safe property for all residents. I highly recommend that current residents meticulously document every issue and communication, and prepare for a potential dispute should you value your health and security deposit; it would be wise to save yourself the stress and potential health risks by seeking a complex that actively follows and respects health and safety codes, ensuring a better living environment.

  I went and toured the apartments earlier this week and was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I was running late due to traffic and she waited on me with no complaints, toured the complex with me and answered any questions I had. I came at 5 right at rush hour and the grounds were very quiet and hardly to no traffic. Very clean and pretty landscaping. The apartments are older but with that comes very sturdy structuring. I would definitely recommend Spring Creek, and I am looking forward to becoming a resident here. Thank you to the office staff for being so patient and helpful with my tour and questions. :)

  We moved here to save money while paying off student loans and I think it's a great deal for the price. It's just your basic apartment without anything fancy but you get a large living room, good sized bedrooms and several closets. My family really enjoys the pool and yard surrounding the complex; there is lots of space for kids to play. Staff is friendly and respond to requests in a timely manner. My only complaint is having to walk to the laundry room. I do wish they had washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. All in all our experience has been great and we'll be staying here until it's time to buy a home.

  Good place for value! Lived there 3 years and no issues. Very friendly staff and manager Ms. Yvette is the best.
