    Everything is good. I haven't had any problems that wasn't dealt with immediately. The office people and the entire staff are really nice.

    I've been here for 4yrs and every since I've been here I don't have anything negative to say. Everything and everyone has been great. Anytime I've needed ANYTHING fixed it got done immediately. The staff is nice and so are the neighbors. I've enjoyed my stay here.

    Love Germantown Garden Apartments . Been here 3 years & enjoy the peace & quiet, which you wouldn't think you'd get w apartment's, but I truthfully, do not hear any neighbors. Any work orders can be submitted online & my my few orders have been taken care of within 24 hours. Management is great. I look forward in enjoying the new pool this summer.

    Great apartments. Quiet and close to the interstate. I enjoyed living here. Spacious rooms. Well maintained. Maintenance was always responsive, they even changed a lightbulb!
