  I had a pleasant living experience at this community. The management team was professional and responsive, maintenance requests were addressed efficiently, and the property was well maintained. The only downside is that there are no two-bedroom units, which would have been ideal. Overall, I appreciate my experience here. I would recommend to anyone.

  has been a great experience. The management team is professional, courteous, and always responsive to any questions or maintenance requests. The property is well-maintained, clean, and provides a comfortable living environment. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with quality finishes. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the location is convenient Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.

  I just moved from here, and it wasn't a bad place to live. My rent was reasonable for my 1 bedroom, and I had plenty of space for someone who lived alone. The only downfall was that you could hear everything your neighbor did, given the walls were so thin but that being said... My neighbors were always courteous. The maintenance guys were great. Any time I put in a work order it was taken care of the next day, which I rarely had to do, seeing as nothing really messed up. The managers over at Newcastle were the sweetest apartment managers I've ever met. All in all it was a good experience and I will miss living there.

  How this place has over 1 star is very confusing to me. Would give less than 1 star if it were possible. Disgustingly overpriced rent for starters. Terrible neighbors who shake the walls at all hours of the night and smoke ILLEGAL DRUGS to the point where it stinks up MY apartment that I pay rent for. Police and apartment/property management refuse to do anything, even though smoking pot is illegal. Beware if you rent here as they canceled multiple renters' rental agreements with no renewal without giving ANY prior warning or any reason as to why.
