  They told us we were in their area to deliver then asked us for a 1000 deposit which we gave. They never returned our calls. After calling for days, they finally told us we were not in their delivery area and still have not received our deposit. I strongly advise against using this company for anything. Go to Mundy homes in Huntsville Alabama. This place lies and keeps your money. Run and fast. Also, Cameron is the worst customer service and sales associate I have ever dealt with. He lied about everything from us getting our home, to our deposit he kept, and was wrong about the location. He also didn't follow up calls unless I pressed him. I will be filing with the BBB ALSO

  Great people to work with Ashley was our sale's person she was awesome to work with very knowledgeable about the homes we was looking at. I would highly recommend Clayton of east ridge.

  Not impressed with what I saw on the lot or the employee working at the location in Hixson. I was explaining what I was wanting in a home and I was being told I SHOULD not have it done because it would eventually cause mold. I’ve lived in a house for 25 years and I do not have mold coming from my air conditioning vents. She disagreed, and said if there was moisture there would be mold. It was really just a wasted trip but it gave me an idea of the type of home I do not want to buy.
