  I wouldn’t live here if I knew what I know now you pay 1700 almost then they change the pool hour to 4:30 and closed on Sunday like how does a person that work be able to go to the pool now you can’t

  I just moved in at the grand at 150 in Dickso, Tn been here a month and been battling trying to get my showers fixed. Master bedroom only has cold water guest bathroom only has hot water and they seem not to be able to figure out how to fix it I've done put in two requests on the website. I have went to the office numerous of times to get it fixed and it's still not fixed. when I first moved in I had to put a door handle on my daughter's bedroom I had to replace the heating element in the oven I have a drawer that is still broke that they have not fixed yet The spray nozzle on my sink in the kitchen is broke been broke since I moved in still has not been replaced. I am on the verge of contacting a lawyer to see if they are in breach of contract of not fixing or doing what they're supposed to do and then again I've only been here for a month.

  This place is a blessing to my family. God is always on time. The place is spacious with new appliances and we are excited about this new journey
