I highly recommend them. They manage all of my rental properties and they do a great job at it. They’re good communicators and they really care about the people they serve.

House I wanted to rent showed available and ready for immediate move in. So I did the application and paid the $45 that was required !! Approximately 30 minutes later got notified property already rented. When I asked about refund of application fee she said no. A few minutes later got called back and she said I just want to clarify house has a deposit paid but lease hasn’t been signed. I stated it should be marked pending or should be willing to refund application fee. She stated we don’t refund fee but I will pass it along. Definitely a company I would stay away from I already didn’t like all their little fees, their requirement to do pet screening on a sight that said would share your info even tho don’t have pets.

I am happy to have PMI managing Hidden Valley apartments. They are much easier to deal with than the last management company. Phones are answered when you call and issues are taken care of immediately. This apartment complex has gotten more attention in the past month than in the previous year.
