- MTmfing teatimeJul 17, 20251.0I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. I will NEVER go through them again! Morgan lied to us from the moment we walked in there, about services they provided. It caused us nothing but problems. We had to redo our loan and ended up with a higher interest rate then before because they screwed us over. We finally got in our house last month, when we should have been in last year. I haven't heard from Morgan since last October when I emailed her asking why she lied to us and thought that was acceptable business practice. I've had to file numerous complaints and deal with home office. To the point I was on the verge of suing. And in all honesty I wish I would have. They did not help us through the process and it felt like they had no idea what they were doing. I've already told multiple people interested to not go through them.
