  I had an amazing experience touring Trailside at Greenline! I’m looking to move in January 2027, and Arika was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcome. She took her time showing me around, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The community is beautiful, and Arika definitely made a great first impression. I’m excited about the possibility of calling Trailside at Greenline my new home!

  I am currently in the process of moving into this community, and I must say that my experience has been wonderful so far! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Arika has been nothing short of amazing. She has been extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but Arika has gone above and beyond to make everything feel smooth and manageable. She has been very informative, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and outstanding customer service have truly made a difference. I’m looking forward to becoming part of this community, and I sincerely appreciate all of her help!

  Ms. Arika Baker was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and patient and very professional. I absolutely love her attitude. She will make you feel at home before you get into the apartment. Thank GOD for her.

  I have had the privilege of staying here for a month. My experience has been wonderful. The atmosphere here is relaxing and peaceful. Staff here are warm and friendly , especially Natasha. She has went above and beyond to answer any questions I may have had and help ensure my transition to the community has been smooth. From our first encounter, I could tell I could count on her to help my family feel at home. So shout out to her!!!

  Please whatever you do, don’t move here. The office can be so friendly and once you’re in it’s horrible! Since move in it’s just been downhill. Issues that should have been resolved BEFORE move in, I had to take the time while moving in to call and have all those issues fixed. And still for the last 4 months we been dealing with AC issues. To NOW it all boiled down to the whole unit in and out needs to be replaced. But here we are over 2 weeks with NO AC, no rent compensation, nothing. Their compensation!? A joke. You still have to pay the full $2,000 of rent. ON TOP OF you pay for the hotel and they apply that to your rent for the next month. So, it’s still on you for something that’s THEIR issue. There’s no communication from the office, or even a courtesy call from management to reach out to update you. When you HAVE to call and ask them it’s a “ugh, I don’t know, I’m sorry.” “Can’t give you any information on that.” “You just gotta wait.” If the shoe was on the other foot, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be near as calm as I’ve been. I tried being patient and understanding after everything but this is horrible.
