  Was not advised I had to set up my own internet with a company since the internet comes with apartment I assumed it would already be setup since it’s paid for out of the rent amount and has been paid before move . Due to lack of communication causing me to miss now day 2 of work since I work from home since I don’t have the things I need for the internet to work . Originally I already signed my lease 2 months ahead of time and was given a different unit/lease with no communication . When signing the lease no security deposit was listed the amount stated 0.00 just to find out during move in a security deposit is due but was not listed since it is with “another company” but you know its a requirement so why put 0.00 on the lease misinforming tenants instead of providing the company name that will handle the deposit further

  I had a great experience touring The Vale Apartments! Latonya greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me around the property while explaining the available floor plans and amenities. She answered my questions thoroughly and made the entire tour enjoyable and informative. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and a welcoming leasing experience, I definitely recommend asking for Latonya!

  I had a wonderful experience touring The Vale Apartments! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and the property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities and apartment layouts were impressive, and I could definitely see myself calling this community home. The highlight of my visit was my leasing agent, Briana Dean. She was absolutely amazing! Briana was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home, and her positive attitude made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend scheduling a tour at The Vale Apartments—and if you have the opportunity to work with Briana Dean, you’re in excellent hands. She is truly one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever met!

  Great customer service from Kayla.She was friendly, helpful, and professional. She made the experience easy and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make me and feel comfortable and valued. Any questions or concerns I had was handled quickly and with a positive attitude.

  The communication here is horrible ! You have to blow up the office phone to get an answer. You will get a lot of empty promises on getting a call back from them that you will never get. I’ve emailed corporate and would like a phone number to send these videos I have of the property manger Briana calling and screaming in the phone and not letting me speak due to her screaming over me. I had to call the office everyday and was promised to hear back never did. After commenting on a TikTok she posted I got a call in less than 5 mins of me commenting . When I answered there was No hey how are you. Just immediately started yelling in the phone. I have all of this recorded. Manger cares more about TikTok than her job. If you were interested in these apartments I would rethink because this is the type of management they have. Got approved for 3 other places and didn’t have an experience like this at all. The management needs help
