- PPPoloshotit5 days ago1.0I’d been searching since April 1st, moving from Texas to Memphis, and the complex told me the application would only take a week. I made it clear that if the apartment wasn’t ready by May 3rd, I wasn’t interested. They agreed—yet around May 20th, they processed my application anyway and charged me a $250 admin fee— separate from the application fee, I had already paid to see if I was approved for the apartment despite me never agreeing to take the apartment. They refused to refund me, so I disputed it with my bank. Now they’ve sent me to collections over a fee I never authorized. If no one from management reaches out to resolve this, I’ll escalate to local consumer protection authorities.
- RRRickyJun 17, 20263.0Great management/staff, well maintained property. Modern apartments and amenities. Top floor apartment recommended. Only downside - There’s no insulation between the floors and you hear every single footstep from your upstairs neighbor. It’s very loud.

Not only did she make me feel right at home during my walkthrough tour, but she also kept in touch throughout the entire leasing process. She even went so far as to welcome me to my new apartment on move-in day and shared the exact steps to ensure a flawless onboarding. It was truly the best experience and a prime example of exceptional hospitality!

The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities are outstanding. What has impressed us most, though, is the management team and maintenance staff. Every question we've had has been answered promptly, and any maintenance request has been handled quickly and professionally with high-quality work. Big shout to Aleeah in front desk, she has been super amazing with all her help so far and I’ve been nothing but grateful! I would absolutely recommend.
