The communications during the construction process were excellent (exceeded expectations). Request: Google Maps still shows pre-development images of the community; they will update the satellite imagery if Pulte/Centex requests them to do so through the formal channel ... please do!
- CBCherie BetancourtJul 2, 20265.0I love this new development. It is close to everything, but tucked away in the back behind Nashville Hwy to make it feel like it is secluded. It is close to an antique shop and train tracks that are rarely in use. Those things only further add to its charm. The houses are very nice and affordable with just the right amount of modernization.

Dan Colasanti, our salesman, was great to work with, so friendly, and very informative. He truly made the home buying process an EASE! Then Wyatt Cook, our Construction Manager, took over with excellence! We have full trust in our home's quality because of Wyatt. He met and exceeded all of our expectations and delivered a beautiful, high quality home to us in a very timely manner. The community is full of lots of homeschool families so we fit right in and our kids made lots of friends starting on day 1! Highly recommend this community - very family friendly, affordable and high quality! We truly could not be happier!
