Service was alright from the local establishment but it was like pulling teeth to get them to answer the phone or get information. We didn't like the deal they offered either it was gonna cost us 25,000 down after originally quoting 10,000 on a single wide. So we went to Clayton met Lynnzi she got us in a double wide with only 10,000 down. Lynnzi is a go getter with a can do attitude. If I was confused about stuff she wouldn't hesitate to call and explain everything in detail. If you are looking for a manufactured home, go to Lynnzi at Clayton Homes in Columbia, Tn.
