  I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my apartment upon my move-in on July 13th. For an apartment renting for close to $2,000 a month, I expected something clean, well-maintained, and truly move-in ready. Instead, the unit appears rushed and unfinished, with paint drips and smears on fixtures, sloppy paint lines, switch plates that aren't even sitting flush to the wall, and even hair that was painted over. The dishwasher rack has rust throughout, which raises concerns about cleanliness and basic functionality. Taken together, it’s hard to believe that anyone completed a proper inspection before handing over the keys. What makes this worse is that the model apartment I was shown was beautiful and reflected the level of quality I believed I was renting. Walking into my actual unit was the complete opposite. It left me feeling misled and genuinely robbed of the experience and quality that was presented. Based on the condition of the apartment, I have little confidence in the quality of any repairs, because the work already done shows a lack of care and professionalism. This is far below the standard I was led to expect, and it’s not acceptable for this price point.

  I received an email from Katie Rowan with the subject line of "noise level". Basically, the email stated to be mindful of the noise levels between 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. I didn't give the email any attention. I thought it was just one of the many emails that they send until I received a phone call about the same thing the next day. The phone call insinuated that I am the one causing the noise. I live alone and moved to Meridian Park on 2/28/26. I get ready for work at 4:00 a.m. and leave for work between 5:00 a.m.-5:30 a.m. I am not sure what the person who created the complaint is referring to but this is absurb. I feel like I am being targeted and singled out. I feel harassed. If the noise is due to me getting ready for work and leaving for work, that is a personal problem. Unfortunately, I don't pick my work schedule. Nevertheless, this is an apartment complex. We all share a wall in some way. I also spoke with the district manager who name is Katie also. The issue still wasn't resolve. The district manager stated "most of our residents are in retirement" etc. That statement made me think that because of that they are entitled. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. FOLLOW FROM THE LAST REVIEW… I have been recording the noise that have been hearing and it’s coming from the pipes in the wall.( I was accused of making the noise ) I heard the entire conversation between maintenance and Meridian Park staff. So there conclusion was to turn the water temperature down in my apartment when a few weeks I requested that it be turned up because the water wasn’t hot enough. I HATE I MOVE HERE…NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH HELL FOR THE NEXT TWELVE MONTHS. FYI… I pay over 2000.00 of month for this treatment and service. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. You will REGRET it. Basically, they have done everything to accommodate the other resident by making me uncomfortable.

  My experience thus far has been outstanding, and I’m extremely pleased with my decision to move to Meridian Park Apartments in Collierville. From the very beginning, the process has been smooth, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to recognize one leasing agent who truly elevated the entire experience. Dibora Girma has been exceptional to work with from day one. She was consistently attentive, highly accommodating, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions I had, she handled each one with patience, professionalism, and impressive knowledge. Dibora went above and beyond to ensure that I not only found an apartment, but a place that truly feels like home. Her dedication to excellent service and genuine care for residents made the entire transition seamless. Meridian Park Apartments is fortunate to have someone of her caliber representing their community.

  Lakesha weavers was able to help us and get us situated into our new home. She was extremely kind, professional, and empathetic to our situation. And was able to help find the best home suited for our needs. I definitely recommend this place to anyone considering.

  Super content living here so far. Safe, green and amazing pool. Only downsides = people don’t consistently pick up their dog poop & it’s very hard for people coming in to locate your apartment (delivery services, friends, etc).
