  I recently moved in, and my experience so far has been very positive. Janet, went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. She made everything feel simple and organized, and I truly appreciate how patient and supportive she was. Thanks to her, the whole process was completed in just a few days. She is very attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I moved in this past Thursday, and everything has been great so far. I’m really looking forward to continuing this experience and would definitely recommend working with Janet if you have the chance.

  Terrible. Host was nice but right off the bat while there someone came in to request pest control. Which it happens, but then on our tour she said you could get bug spray twice a week if you want that they got a good package. I asked why would you want to spray twice a week and she said you never know...then when looking at apartment she said some have washer dryer some dont and you won't know until you get the room. I said I am not one to pay for something I dont know what I am getting. She said that's just the way it is. Charging hugher prices than newer apartments around area with twice weekly big sprays, no washer dryer and really just get what you get attitude. We left.

  The office staff was great at helping me get set up and moved in. Miss Ruby was terrific. Very personable and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her.

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Ruby Jones! She was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout my process of trying to lease with them. I highly recommend anyone that is interested in leasing with this apartment complex that they seek her out. She is the best and deserves a raise for the extra steps she took to help me with this process. Thank you!!!
