Easy peasy experience. Rhonda, Mandy and Kierra are super kind and got us into our new home quickly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained and clean, the units themselves are large, and overall the complex is quiet. We didn’t choose an upgraded unit but they replaced the carpet with vinyl and we appreciate it very much!

⭐⭐⭐ (3/5 Stars) I am giving this 3 stars solely because of the property manager, Stephanie. If it weren't for her, this would easily be a 1-star review. My daughter’s experience with the rest of the staff was incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, and dismissiveness was completely unacceptable. On the walk-through day, we viewed the unit with Kiera..which was not in good condition. Instead of trying to make it right she felt some kinda way and lied that she had a 10:30 appointment.. left us in the apartment and went to lock herself in the office..When my daughter went back to the office to express her rightful dissatisfaction, Kiera, refused to communicate with us—even though we were literally looking right at her through the door. To make matters worse, Kiera lied and claimed she felt "threatened" just because a tenant was upset about the state of their apartment. Thankfully, the property manager, Stephanie, stepped in, took control of the situation, and made things right. We are very grateful for Stephanie’s professionalism, hopefully management addressed the appalling behavior especially with Kiera. Im happy now that she's settled in and Stephanie made it come together for her. Hopefully for the remainder of her lease she won't have an issues. (I'm a much happier Mom now..)

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend Legacy Farm Apartments based on my experience. I relocated from Cincinnati to Collierville expecting a smooth move, but instead I walked into an apartment with multiple maintenance issues that should have been addressed before anyone was allowed to move in. The air conditioner didn’t work when I moved in, and it took nearly a week to repair it. During that time, living in the apartment was extremely uncomfortable. Even worse, my dishwasher still does not work despite submitting multiple maintenance requests. The bathrooms were in poor condition at move-in, and there were several other issues throughout the apartment that clearly should have been fixed before handing over the keys. The biggest disappointment has been the management and maintenance response. Requests are submitted, but follow-up is poor, communication is lacking, and problems remain unresolved for far too long. As a resident paying rent, I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase management to fix basic appliances and address issues that existed before I moved in. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend inspecting the apartment very carefully before signing or accepting the keys, and don’t assume reported issues will be resolved promptly. I sincerely hope management improves its maintenance standards, quality of move-in inspections, and customer service so future residents don’t have to go through the same experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Legacy Farms! I HIGHLY recommend living here! The Property Manager, Rhonda, was always super helpful and available for any needs. Mandy was so friendly and seemingly always in the office to accommodate tenants. Jimmy and his maintenance team were fantastic. I can’t rave enough about their professionalism, friendliness and competency. Any maintenance issue we had was addressed quickly. Our apartment was clean, pest free and the provided amenities were great - a beautiful pool, modern workout facility and we absolutely loved taking walks around the pond. The price, particularly for the prime location, was incredibly reasonable - even with our garage rental. We were sad to leave Legacy Farms, but they streamlined the move out process by providing a list of cleaning expectations and even provided an option for a provided cleaning service (at a set cost). I really appreciated this transparency, as I have had a past experience with questionable, unfair charges at move out. Thank you, Legacy Farms, for a really great three years!

6/26: Yeah, don’t move over here. Not worth the money or trash staff. Only Stephanie deserves her job. The rating is based on my experience thus far with move-in. Went to view these and really loved the layout and overall property. My issue is with the lackluster communication and, at times, unprofessionalism, with the office. Information regarding special fees, walkthrough timeframes, as well as lack of follow-up regarding ensuring an incoming resident is taken care of has been disappointing. It’s important to keep tone and professionalism in check as well. The office is there to help, not make residents feel like a bother for asking for information that should’ve been provided to them. My responsibility is to make sure I have all my T’s crossed and I’s dotted upon move-in but a leasing office should care to provide that information and experience. Could just be another case of an apartment not caring after you sign the lease which would be unfortunate and sad but not uncommon nowadays. As stated, I’m excited about the place and hope the professionalism and attitude of the office improves. If so, I will gladly update my review. 6/13/26: Just did the walkthrough and it was…not ready. No bugs or anything like that but I was lied to about the specifications of the unit as well as the size of the patio. Needs a good power wash and lots of cosmetic work that wasn’t cared about at all (paint, for example). So, I’ll come back and do another walkthrough a day or so before move-in. Once these issues are fixed, I’m sure I’ll be happy in my place. The agent in the office on Saturdays, Kierra, was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive of my concerns. She actively avoided assisting me and lied about having another appointment to not take responsibility for the apartment not being ready. I am a friendly, kind and responsible tenant. If an apartment isn’t ready, be professional, take accountability and just take care of it. It’s very simple and I will not be bullied by a weekend leasing agent who doesn’t want to de-escalate and actually work to solve the problems. If she had taken the feedback (no aggression, cursing, nothing lol) and said “we’ll take care of it,” that would’ve been the way to solve it. I work with people everyday who are frustrated, irritated and it is my job to ease their worries and work towards a solution. Not run and hide and play victim because I don’t want to do my job. I have reached out to corporate regarding her behavior as it truly was reprehensible to treat an incoming non-threatening, nor aggressive tenant this way just because you don’t want to do your job (which, in this case, was to take notes apologize and let me know it would be taken care of and ready). She really made a mountain out of a molehill so, as stated, I have reached out to corporate in regards to so future residents will not have this issue or have to encounter her. She made me feel very unsafe, unwelcome and she was aggressive in tone throughout the entire walkthrough. My mother was there with me and can attest to what occurred. It is important to have employees representing the company who are professional, truly care and try and reach a resolution. Not ones who are argumentative, aggressive, and who make incoming residents feel physically unsafe (her body language was aggressive and she dismissed everything I said with a “Mhm,” “Yeah, I guess we’ll see what we can do,” “I don’t know, I only work weekends.” She was also rolling her eyes throughout not thinking myself or my mother noticed. She is not a good representative of what a caring and professional leasing agent should be. I’ve already been approved and a weekend leasing agent does not have the power to do anything in retaliation because they don’t want to do their job. It’s been sent to corporate to rectify. I was planning to stay here for a few years, but strictly due to Kierra’s unprofessionalism today, I have decided to make this a one-year term and move elsewhere after.
