  Legacy Farms has good amenities great environment, good location with reasonably priced rent! Friendly nice helpful leasing agents who made the whole process smooth and easy

  My experience with Legacy Farms was extremely disappointing and stressfull. Before moving in, I made it very clear to the head leasing manager and Rhonda, the assistant manager, that my family had just gone through a traumatic three -month experience with mold at our previous apartment. I also explained that my daughter has severe asthma and other allergies, and that exposure to mold could seriously affect her health. Because of our previous experience, I specifically discussed concerns about the HVAC system and vents before we moved in. Unfortunately, despite knowing our situation, no one appeared to take the extra step to inspect the HVAC system or vents to ensure the unit was safe before allowing us to move in. Within just a few days, we discovered what appeared to be mold or significant microbial growth in the HVAC system. The HVAC company hired by Legacy Farms to inspect the unit stated that there was mold in the vents. Despite this, management later indicated they had no way of knowing whether mold was present. Regardless, I believe the unit should have been thoroughly inspected before we were given possession, especially considering they were fully aware of our family’s circumstances and my daughter’s medical condition. Although Legacy Farms allowed us to terminate our lease, the financial burden was placed almost entirely on us. We never truly lived in the apartment. We spent several days moving belongings, rented a U-Haul, paid for professional cleaning, and experienced the stress and inconvenience of relocating all over again. Altogether, we lost close to $1,000, yet only $78 was returned to us. We were not reimbursed for our deposit, prorated rent, moving expenses, or any of the other costs we incurred because of this situation. This entire experience could have been avoided with a proper inspection of the HVAC system before move-in. Instead, my family endured unnecessary stress, financial loss, and the fear of exposing my daughter to an environment we had specifically warned management about. I expected much better communication, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

  Easy peasy experience. Rhonda, Mandy and Kierra are super kind and got us into our new home quickly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained and clean, the units themselves are large, and overall the complex is quiet. We didn’t choose an upgraded unit but they replaced the carpet with vinyl and we appreciate it very much!

  ​⭐⭐⭐ (3/5 Stars) ​I am giving this 3 stars solely because of the property manager, Stephanie. If it weren't for her, this would easily be a 1-star review. ​My daughter’s experience with the rest of the staff was incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, and dismissiveness was completely unacceptable. On the walk-through day, we viewed the unit with Kiera..which was not in good condition. Instead of trying to make it right she felt some kinda way and lied that she had a 10:30 appointment.. left us in the apartment and went to lock herself in the office..When my daughter went back to the office to express her rightful dissatisfaction, Kiera,refused to communicate with us—even though we were literally looking right at her through the door. To make matters worse, Kiera lied and claimed she felt "threatened" just because a tenant was upset about the state of their apartment. ​Thankfully, the property manager, Stephanie, stepped in, took control of the situation, and made things right. We are very grateful for Stephanie’s professionalism, hopefully management addressed the appalling behavior especially with Kiera. Im happy now that she's settled in and Stephanie made it come together for her. Hopefully for the remainder of her lease she won't have an issues. (I'm a much happier Mom now..)

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend Legacy Farm Apartments based on my experience. I relocated from Cincinnati to Collierville expecting a smooth move, but instead I walked into an apartment with multiple maintenance issues that should have been addressed before anyone was allowed to move in. The air conditioner didn’t work when I moved in, and it took nearly a week to repair it. During that time, living in the apartment was extremely uncomfortable. Even worse, my dishwasher still does not work despite submitting multiple maintenance requests. The bathrooms were in poor condition at move-in, and there were several other issues throughout the apartment that clearly should have been fixed before handing over the keys. The biggest disappointment has been the management and maintenance response. Requests are submitted, but follow-up is poor, communication is lacking, and problems remain unresolved for far too long. As a resident paying rent, I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase management to fix basic appliances and address issues that existed before I moved in. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend inspecting the apartment very carefully before signing or accepting the keys, and don’t assume reported issues will be resolved promptly. I sincerely hope management improves its maintenance standards, quality of move-in inspections, and customer service so future residents don’t have to go through the same experience.
