  Willow Run Apartments is a beautiful place to live. The apartments are updated and come with full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, woodburning fireplace and spacious rooms. If you’re looking for a non-smoking, gated community That’s quiet and great management this is the Place for you!

  I moved 6 months ago. I did all I suppose to do to changed my address. I had packages come there. The tenant gave me two packages. I saw I had a package sfo To the address in Willow run. I asked the office people if the tenant could watch out for it. She said no that I should’ve changed everything. But I did do that. She said she wasn’t going to bother the tenant. So someone got my items that went there. So. I feel like they stoled my items. I wouldn’t mind in how many times she would ask uss About the tenants If the tenants mail came. That’s the right thing to do. Mail it back. I would’ve paid for it that way too. Sorry fo venting

  I lived here for 2 years in the new building and I have to say this was by far the best apartment complex I lived in management is very professional and helpful and they always took care of me and my apartment was extremely nice and never had any issues with bugs!! I came from Bristol park in oak ridge and this is saying alot bc there management team is rude and unprofessional !! I highly recommend WILLOW RUN!!!!

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TRYING TO RENT FROM HERE! They will lie to you, you will pay to hold an apartment, and then they will come up with some stupid excuse as to why you can't rent and you'll be screwed out of your money! Apparently you can't rent from someone if you're a full-time student and your husband is the only one working, even if he makes FOUR TIMES the rent! If I could rate Willow Run ZERO stars, I would! Save your money and go elsewhere.
