  Tina was an absolute joy to have as a realtor! She never let us miss an opportunity to go tour a house we were interested in. Tina was very determined to make sure we found our dream house. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she made the process easy and a breeze to get through. I can not recommend her enough!!! She will make sure you get exactly what you want in your perfect home.

  Tina was great! She helped me find my first house in the midst of a family loss, was incredibly flexible with my schedule, and even helped recommend and arrange inspections while I was traveling for the funeral so I could focus on being with my family. She made the entire process smooth and easy, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Cleveland/Chattanooga/Dalton areas!

  We used Tina at Weichert as our realtor as my husband and I prepared to start our lives together. That’s right, our first home. The biggest purchase of our lives. She was so patient as we went house to house. Talked about the good, bad, and ugly of each house. She sacrificed her personal time to show us houses on a dime. She brought up things that we needed to look for that we had NEVER thought about before. “Adult” things like HVAC age, faults in the gutter system, and foundation conditions. Apparently houses are more than open concept, nice appliances, and pretty paint. She wasn’t just trying to talk us into a house and get our money, she was trying to share her area of expertise with.. well..”children.” Let’s just say, she helped us tremendously. We are now married, with a three year old, and living in the same home that Tina helped us purchase seven years ago. If ever we choose to move on from this place we call home, she will be the one we go back to for help on the next chapter of our lives. Highly recommend!

  I’ve known Tina for a long time. She’s helped a family member with several real estate transactions over the years, and a few years ago, she helped my husband and me buy our first home. Tina knows the market well and was great to work with throughout the process. She was always available to answer our questions and helped make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.
