  Gwen was AMAZING! Best tour we ever got and signing for the apartment was just the best ever. She’s so relatable and personable with everything making us feel right at home. We knew from the moment we met her this is where we wanted to move into because we felt welcomed. Best property manager and can’t wait to live here!

  Trey is super awesome and responsive, he keeps things in order and has gotten to pretty much every single maintenance request we’ve had within 24 hours. The only exception to that has been if we put something in over the weekend when he wasn’t on site. Management is great too, but maintenance can make or break a community and he keeps this one running like a well oiled machine! He also makes a point to be invested in the different families asking about kids, spouses, extended family…it really makes it feel like a community!

  Trey, the maintenance guy, is so great! He not only is very responsive, he’s also very kind and interacts with my children. They know if Mr Trey is there that they get a fist bump! 😆 He is quick but thorough and he makes sure things are as they should be. Maintenance can make or break a community and this one is great because Trey is on top of things!

  The apartment complex was okay overall, stayed almost 4 years. but what really stood out was the current staff. The maintenance team(Trey) is amazing—quick, reliable, and always helpful. The assistant property manager (Wilma) is also great, very professional and easy to work with. Their efforts definitely made the experience better.
