  Notified the office for a work order, air conditioner was leaking. Within 15 minutes of creating the work order, Gwendolyn and Trey called me to give them a more detailed description and then 5 minutes later Trey arrived at our apartment, began to troubleshoot the issue, turned out that it was a bad clogged drain, Trey made the necessary repairs and I was good to go. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AS ALWAYS. THANK YOU TREY FOR ALL YOU DO SIR. THANK YOU GWENDOLYN FOR ALL YOU DO AS WELL.

  Move in experience was great. Quick to reply, everything was straight forward and laid out step by step to make the move in process as easy and simplified as possible. Gwen Davenport helped us with all of it and made sure we had everything we needed and genuinely had our best interest at heart. Would recommend!
