  I would never recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. When we moved in, the apartment was dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. I’m talking grime caked under the appliances. But honestly, that was the least of the issues once we got settled in. Within days, we realized there was a major roach infestation. I’m not talking about seeing one every now and then, I mean roaches constantly. Everywhere. Even in the daytime. It got to the point where we couldn’t feel comfortable in our own home. We brought our concerns to management multiple times, but felt completely dismissed. Melanie was difficult to deal with. She was invasive, rude, abrupt, and made us feel like we were the problem for bringing up legitimate concerns about the condition of the apartment. She kept repeating, “My professional exterminator says there’s no sign of roaches.” Yeah, okay. He was in my apartment for all of 2 minutes. How can you do a thorough inspection in 2 minutes? There was ALWAYS animal feces everywhere in the grass. You can’t even walk to the dumpster without stepping in dog crap, which is disgusting and unhygienic. I spoke with neighbors who told me they had been dealing with serious bug problems long before we moved in, so bad that bugs were coming through electrical outlets, and management wasn’t doing anything about it. The situation with the bugs and management was so bad that we ended up moving out less than 2 months after signing our lease. Moving is expensive and stressful, especially with a one-year-old, and leaving that quickly was never part of the plan, but the conditions were that severe. If you’re considering living here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our experience was incredibly disappointing, and from my research, we aren’t the only ones who have had these issues at Pine Forest. Do not fall for the trap!

  If I could give a lower rating I would, no doubt. Since they got new management this place has gone to hell. It took them 2 months to fix a leak they were told about immediately. We spent over 4 times the amount of electric because of another leak, maintenance broke 4 things trying to fix that leak. He fixes it and then our hot water goes out. He came out 7 times to fix the same problem each time saying it should be fixed now, and it wasn't. Threatened to evict based on an assumption, even going and telling one of our guests that if it continues to "be a problem we will be evicted" and going to all of our neighbors asking about us. They should have come to us if they thought they had a problem not went around telling anyone and everyone our business. Would not recommend to live here unless you absolutely have no other choice.

  Don't ever rent from this place they want fix anything after u have been there for a while drugs more drugs at these apartments then I have ever seen in my life people are out of there minds over at pine Forest apartments cars get broken into your stuff gets stolen. It's awful folks trust me u don't ever wanna live at Pine Forest apartments are go ahead and in a couple of months u will be wishing u didnt
