  Today was my 1st visit with Clayton Homes of Cleveland. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kyle today. He was absolutely warm, welcoming, thoroughly informative and helpful. He answered all my questions with great detail and readiness, and did not shy away from the tough questions.   We absolutely love Beverly Cox! She is amazing, and our family has had the pleasure of working with her for years. My mother-in-law and father-in-law purchased their home through Beverly at Clayton Homes, and now we have officially started our own home-buying journey with her. It has only been about a month and a half, and we are already so close to closing! We are incredibly grateful for Beverly’s help, guidance, and dedication in making this exciting new chapter in our lives possible. We cannot wait to close on our new home and finally move in! If you are thinking about purchasing a home, I highly recommend going to see Beverly Cox at Clayton Homes of Cleveland.   HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Cooper stole from us after we told them we would do our own septic and he went ahead and paid the state anway and now they're refusing to give us our money back now that we are no longer going with them!! They are only worried about keeping money on their pocket and this is absolutely ridiculous!! Thats over $500 they have stolen from us and they are doing nothing to get it back to us so yet again HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

  Looked into buying a trailer through them and changed our minds due to finding some more in our range. Was told our deposit of $1,000 was fully refundable, waited nearly 2 months for the refund and only got $500. When applying for a trailer Cooper called daily but since asking for a refund it’s been complete silence. Was told I could speak to him today after his meeting but now being told it will be tomorrow so we are getting an absolute run around. He’s been aware we have a child on the way so every penny matters right now and it feels we’ve just been scammed out of $500. Am being told we can’t get the money back unless we go through state. Don’t waste your time here worst experience ever and they clearly don’t care about getting you into a home they just want to make a sale and take your money.

  Sales team are great people I couldn’t be happier with the job they do but there is absolutely no sense of urgency until I called their main corporate office to get some information and get a response from management afterwards things got moving it took weeks and monthes to get things going until then so don’t plan on being moved in at least three or four monthes if not longer even though your house maybe set and delivered don’t plan on it I would have built a house quicker than these guys thier contractors are so over worked understaffed I called other Clayton sites and this was not how they do business
