On my move-in date, I cannot make it to the leasing office because my vehicle's tire is flat, and I need a towing service. The leasing office staff sent a text saying that once I arrived at the property, if I called maintenance emergency, they would help me get into the apartment and give me the key, and they would charge $75, and I agreed. When I arrived at the leasing office, I called the maintenance emergency but they asked me to submit the maintenance request and no one helped me and I am stuck inside of cat because my vehicle broken and I cannot drive my car even though I want to stay at a hotel. Also, I brought food and plants from Michigan in my car. Because I cannot get the 24/7 maintenance emergency service so food will be cherished and plants are gonna die. When I called the maintenance emergency, they submitted the ticket again and again, no one helped me. I am a new tenant and I drive over 9 hours from MI to TN today but I am in the apartment parking lot around 10:40 pm without any service from the maintenance emergency.
Incredible moving experience, the staff here is unmatched!
We recently relocated to The Reserve at Kirkwood, and the customer service we’ve experienced has been phenomenal. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the onsite team made our onboarding completely seamless.
A huge thank you to Kristen, Kaylee, and Abigayle. They went out of their way to arrange a pre-arrival viewing for our family to ensure the apartment met all of our specific needs, and their proactive communication made us feel welcome from day one.
I also want to specifically recognize the Property Manager, Evan. Since we arrived a few months ago, Evan and his awesome team has been incredibly responsive and thorough. We had several specific requests to tailor the apartment to our preferences, and he personally ensured every detail was handled with a high level of care and proficiency. It’s rare to see a property manager so hands-on and genuinely dedicated to making sure new residents feel settled and valued.
This team manages a large, busy community, but they do it with a level of individual attention that is truly commendable. Mission Rock has a stellar team here. If you are relocating to the Clarksville area, I highly recommend making this your home!

Best apartment complex, best property management team in Clarksville Tn
The team gave us a very warm welcome; we were able to get all the information we needed without an appointment, and a viewing was scheduled very quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, and the amenities are fantastic. The apartment we viewed was clean, with high-quality fixtures and in excellent condition. We’d especially like to thank Kaylee for her assistance; her professionalism is greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to move into the residence in July.
Thanks for your support 🤗

Been two years ..... Have no problems can't blame the Reserve for the Flooding storms of a century come every once in a while I can blame development down the road for building new stuff and changing the water table I can blame the Town for not doing it's due diligence but to blame the Reserve is silly
It's safe here at night as well if a tenant is shady or I appropriate and caught ....they are gone
They installed speed bumps so there's no crazy driving in the lot
It's not the reserves fault if people walk pets and don't clean up sure there's a few landmines here and there and guess what I seen maintenance clean them up but that's the tenants doing it
As for indecent exposure haven't seen none and even at the pool no Thongs allowed ...
As for the garbage this place is only 3 years old so in the beginning you left the can in the breezeway but now they changed it to avoid future issues which makes sense
My family and I have no problems here
