  Ok…Amanda at Lancaster flats is one of my new favorite people in the world. She went above and beyond to be able to help me with my new move-in. Rarely do I run into someone who genuinely and truly loves what they do and takes pride in their job like Amanda does. She’s exceedingly helpful, conscientious, professional and fun. To say I was coming from one of the oddest situations I’d found myself in would be an understatement and she was understanding, hopeful the whole way and a bright spot in a situation, if not for it being so ridiculous, would seem pretty dark. And I have the documents to prove it. All of them. So many of them. So..so..so many of them. All of which she was willing to convert to PDF if necessary. So many. Amanda and the Flats are great. Outstanding experience so far.

  My husband and I moved here in November of 2022 into a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit (#143). We LOVED it! This was our first home together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The unit was gorgeous, modern and our neighbors were lovely. In March of 2025 we decided we wanted more space, but couldn’t move out into a house yet, so we moved over to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit (#156). This was 100% the worst mistake we could’ve made. There were some troubles in the beginning but maintenance did fix those; however, once we got settled after a few days, we started to smell cigarette smoke HORRIBLY. Our neighbors on the other side of the building smoked in their unit and it smelt up our entire unit. Our bedroom and bedroom bathroom were the worst. There were times we couldn’t even sleep or bathe in there due to how bad the smell was. My husband also has asthma so he struggled as well. We complained numerous amounts of times. Verbally, through maintenance requests and through text message request. We would always be told they knew who it was and that it was taken care of but it wasn’t. Even up until the day I turned my keys in and mopped my way out of the unit for the last time, the entire unit smelt so strongly of it. We also smelt their food…. every. single. day. The smell would be so strong it would stick to our clothing and we’d have to leave the doors open for hours each day after work. Granted, people have to eat and this wasn’t their fault but it still ruined our living experience. We hate how drastic our experience changed once we moved to the 2 bedroom unit. I normally don’t write reviews but I truly feel sorry for the next person who pays to live in our old unit. For the amount we paid for rent, it was insane that we constantly had to deal with the cigarette smoke. If you get put into a unit with neighbors who are considerate of others, this would be a wonderful apartment complex to rent from. I just wish this issue would have been solved better for us because in the lease this is listed as a no in unit smoking apartment complex and that was not followed through AT ALL.

  Amazing experience with moving in. Amanda was amazing and super helpful She assured I was set and had all my paperwork good to go Walked me through the steps needed and was very patient with me. Highly recommend. Amazingly clean and quiet apartment complex

  I don't know where to start. Ms Amanda has been dealing with my husband and I for about 6 months on and off trying to get us into an apartment. Finally after all the trials we have been through we have now been approved for the exact unit we have been wanting for months. If you are looking for a new place to call HOME you need to speak with Ms Amanda and her team today! We are so grateful for her and her time. We can't wait to see what the future holds here at our new home. Thank you again and again Ms Amanda you are amazing!

  Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made my move very smooth. She went above and beyond. Our very first interaction she made me feel right at home. I knew the flats at Lancaster was the best option for my family. Thank you Amanda I couldn’t get thru this difficult time without your help and understanding
