Our experience with Platinum Realty was nothing but Positive. They made everything easy, especially maintenance issues to which they responded quickly and handled with urgency.

Platinum property is absolutely the worst rental company I’ve ever rented from during my time while I was in the army at Fort Campbell. We rented a rental property started in January 2025 and just ended in July 2026 during the time that we ran in from platinum. land owner was lazy when replacing our air condition during the month of August 2025, leaving my pregnant wife and one year-old son in a 80° house, causing us to buy our own AC unit to keep one room at a livable temperature during this incident I had to threaten lawyers just to get the AC fixed at the property in February 2025 a tree took out the shed in the backyard and a large portion of the fenced in backyard. The property management made no efforts to replace the fence and we had to find a way to store our belongings elsewhere when platinum was spoke to about the issue, they told us that the land owner would be taken care of it and the land owner made no efforts to take care of it, and I even had to chop up the tree myself in June 2026 a tree had fallen on the roof of the rental property, causing a leak in the living room area. We went multiple weeks without a repair being done, causing a large water damaged ceiling and with multiple roof repair companies coming in stated that the roof needed to be replaced. The company chose to leave a tarp on the roof and leave the water damaged insulation and ceiling in the house as we began our move out instructions as outlined in our lease it stated that we had to provide a 30 day notice and a copy of my military orders. The army did not cut my orders until June 8 of 2026 and my scheduled ETS date was July 6 of 2026 due to me, not have any control of when the US Army released my orders. I notified them in a timely manner and told them that I was going to be moving out of the property due to military orders. The company told me that I would be responsible for paying the whole month of July even though I stated to them that we would be leaving on July 1 and stated that we did not notify them in 30 day notice but 27 day notice I stated to the property management that I had no control and they stated that they understood but I still had to pay the $1200 and rent the $200 administrative fee the $200 carpet cleaning and the $50 flea and tick treatment even with proof of pest control the whole time we lived in the residence the company was unapologetic when confronted about these issues within the residence and stated that we were going to have to pay all the fees, even with the issues that had came while living there. If you are a soldier moving to Fort Campbell and Clarksville area, I highly recommend avoiding platinum realtors. They are completely unprofessional with the military community and will do everything to take your deposit.

Platinum was wonderful to work with the past 3 years as a renter. I sadly had to move out but they were helpful every step of the way with my move out process.

Property Meld was excellent in contacting Grissom Electric to repair two broken outlets. Their service was absolutely fantastic! They were fast but did not rush anything. The outlets look brand new.
Platinum Realty & Management is the best. I have told everyone I know about how wonderful this company is and to use them when renting. Their entire team deserves all the love. They genuinely care and work so hard for all their clients. This team is AMAZING!
Courtney was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are moving from out of state to in state and she made this transition an absolute breeze. She was available and very responsive. She answered all of our questions in depth and really secured us. Katie was amazing in her immediate texts and replies from the website. And Rae was super accommodating in providing us a video walkthrough. All 3 ladies made this experience worth the while, they were very educating and made the process of moving so much more exciting for myself, my husband and our little family. The application process was very vigorous and demanding but even through that and all of questions, Courtney and Rae were overly accommodating and very reassuring. We definitely recommend you ask for their guidance. Thank you again.
