  DON’T RENT FROM THEM! They take forever to do work orders, they charge almost 52 every month for renters and a filter ( they ship to you that you only get every 3 months) We moved out a couple weeks ago had the house deep cleaned professionally, had the lawn cut taken care of a day before our move out day by a company, we had a company do a junk removal for things the previous tenant had left behind like tires and big junk. When we moved in the house was filthy, we had to pay someone to do a move in clean. The ac vents had mold inside of them a lot of it. They had a bunch of broken and damaged issues that were documented with pictures in their move in check list and we still got charged for it. They refused to do an itemized bill. Oh they charge for rekeying the house $95 and carpet cleaning $125, $45 for pet spraying all those are non negotiable. They lied about how much they would be charging for those services as well. They charged us for holes the previous tenant had left from their dog. Our dog was never a digger. I’m so very disappointed and angry with this company and I would hate to see another MILITARY FAMILY. Get pushed over cause they are moving in a rush. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

  Crissy is by far the best agent I ever worked with. She helped us out buying our new home and made the process go smothly. We couldn’t thank her enough. I will definately recommend.

  I've written a long review after this horrible company ripped me off in the past when i rented with them. I just had a flash back today to them being my worst company to work with so just wanted to share the reminder. DO NOT RENT/BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Long story short. They screwed me over, boss stood behind them not getting a huge oak removed from the yard as promised, not steam cleaning the house at move in but charging me for it when I moved out, mess of a house and the list goes on. Then to call me a liar to Better business bureau (BBB) when I had to ask them to step in because they just said they would pull what ever they like from my despoit. In which they did. They are known for their $HITty business practices here and BBB so consider yourself warned. Or be ready to make some new enemies and lose money, time, etc.

  Don said we were approved for a house then he told us to pay a deposit and the application fee and that our home would be ready on the 6th of June. Then, after we got the money orders for deposit, rent and the application fee we got a phone call the next day from someone in the office saying if the VA can't do allotments then were denied and to come pick up our money orders which is very rude because the Va doesn't do allotments like active duty and how are you going to tell someone they are approved and then after we pay for everything going to say two days later they can't help us knowing we came all the way from Ohio and drove the entire way down there now I have to drive another 9 hours back down there to get the money orders and return them to Wal-Mart so I can get my money back its very disrespectful to all veterans....period...
