  We signed a lease and moved in same day. For some context, my fiancé and I’s lease at our prior place was almost up, and we’d been looking at Arrowood for a while. We took a tour, immediately fell in love with the unit, and ended our search for other places that day, starting our application to move in September. The unit was perfect. A great amount of space for a young couple, very beautifully kept, clean, bright… Total dream. Anyways, shortly after, we took a little over a week off to see my folks up North and came back to a completely uninhabitable apartment due to a mold infestation. Not knowing what to do, we packed some valuables and checked into a hotel as it was already 8pm by the time we got home. The next morning, we asked if we could move our move-in date any sooner, and the management team moved mountains to help us make it work, and we moved in the first week of August. I had been so stressed out so worried, and so anxious, but Angel sure lived up to her name. Completely calmed me. Reassured me. Was unbelievably helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Without their grace, we would have had to go back to Chicago temporarily to wait until our move-in date, which would have been greatly disruptive as our lives are established here. We’ve officially lived here less than 10 full hours, but judging by our first experience with this property, and this team, I couldn’t rate it any higher. I am so, so grateful, and I am incredibly excited to be a part of the Arrowood community!!
